After approval of Visa from Embassy of Japan, Panipokhari, Nepal, students should prepare for flight to Japan. Firstly, they should prepare for shopping. We recommend students not to spend more than NPR 70,000 in shopping because our many stuffs/clothes may not be compact in Japan. However, we recommend students to take away more than NPR 100,000 exchanging Japanese YEN.

What should do students after approval of Visa?

1. Shopping
2. Exchange Japanese Yen (NPR 95,000=YEN 100,000)
3. Ticketing

After completing above-mentioned process, students must be ready to go to Tribhuvan International Airport, as the day of Ticket.

What kind of documents need in Immigration of Nepal?

1. Passport of visa approved (Passport shouldn’t be torn apart or any discrepancy)
2. Ticket of Destination Country, where we are going
3. Original Educational Documents
4. Original NOC (No Objection Certificate)
5. Original COE (Certificate of Eligibility)
6. Original Admission Certificate of College/University
7. Cash equivalent NPR 100,000

Dangerous goods

Dangerous goods are items or substances that may endanger the safety of the aircraft or guests onboard. Please ensure that you do not pack items specified in this list in your cabin baggage or checked baggage.

The following items are prohibited in your baggage whether it is checked in or not:

Restricted items

You may not carry the following items into the security-restricted area and in your hand luggage:

• Any Firearms & Weapons
• Pointed/edged Sharp Objects
• Blunt Instruments
• Explosives and flammable substances
• Chemical and toxic substances
• Knives (including hunting knives, swords, and pocket knives)
• Scissors and any other sharp/bladed objects (e.g. icepick, nail clippers) considered illegal by local law
• Weapons such as whips, nan-chakus, baton, or stun gun
• Toys guns/gun shaped items or look-alikes, hand-cuffs
• Sporting equipment such as baseball/cricket bats, golf clubs, hockey sticks, billiard cues
• Devices with spill able batteries
• Aerosols (hair sprays, perfumes, medicines containing alcohol) not exceeding 0.5KG/L per article and 2.0KG/L in total weight
• Baby strollers
• Any other items which are deemed security hazards by local law
• Any other items that resemble or have similar functions to the above items

This list is not exhaustive and other items may be included. We reserve the right to confiscate any item deemed as a threat to the safety of our guests.
