After the issuance of Certificate of Eligibility, the students need No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Ministry of Education, Scholarship Department, Kesharmahal for which they need certain documents. No Objection Certificate is very important because without NOC the students cannot transfer tuition fees and fees to abroad. The MOE, Scholarship Department, Kesharmahal issue two paper of NOC which need to exchange foreign currency as well transfer tuition fees and living expenses in later. If Immigration of Nepal in Tribhuvan International Airport wants to check the NOC, students need to show at that time too. To get NOC students require following documents.

  • Scan Copy of COE
  • Scan Copy of Invoice
  • Scan Copy of Admission Certificate
  • Citizenship Certificate Notarized
  • Sometimes, Verification Letter is required if there is discrepancy in documents.

  • Photo PP Size 2 pcs.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLY IN EMBASSY OF JAPAN
After the arrival of hard copy of Certificate of Eligibility (COE), Invoice & Admission Certificate, students should apply in Embassy of Japan situated at Panipokhari, Kathmandu for the approval of visa, for which they should submit following listed documents. Embassy of Japan takes the interview of students in Japanese Language to test their Japanese Language Competency at appointed date. If students seem to have incompetency of Japanese Language, Consular reserve the right of non-approval of Visa.
